Thainess is one channel about one country, on air 24 hours a day in English and in HD. Food, nature, heritage, travel and everyday life in Thailand fill the schedule, and there is no news, sport or politics, so it is easy to place on any screen. You take one channel, and it can reach you by several routes, depending on what your service already uses.

The channel does. Thainess is made and looked after by Next Step Company Limited, and a full 24-hour schedule arrives ready, so your team has nothing to find, schedule or update.
How do guests find it, and what is the video kit for?
Guests find Thainess in your room TV channel list, like any other channel. We are preparing a video kit of four short films, 15 and 30 seconds, landscape and portrait, for your lobby, lifts and restaurants. Each one will end on your channel number, so guests know where to look.
What does the hotel need to prepare?
Tell us how channels reach your rooms today, such as encrypted satellite, IPTV, or through your hotel's TV system provider. Your TV system provider is usually the one who adds channels to your list, and this page has a short note you can email to them. We send the channel and signal details after we talk.
How do we start?
Talk with us. We send the channel and signal details. Then your channel goes on, and we send your video kit when it is ready.
